As a last-minute traveler, I found this hotel to be a hidden gem. The staff was very down-to-earth and promptly helped me settle in. The hotel provided all the facilities I needed for a short stay including instant hot water in the shower, free wifi, and a travel desk. The location was great, with a brisk walk to souvenir and spice street and near to the marine drive. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, guiding me throughout my stay and even suggesting a tour package.

Location! Everything we needed was just a short walk away and the views from the room were great. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making some great recommendations to us. Another great benefit was the instant hot water in the shower - it was definitely refreshing after a long day out.

Nothing is perfect

the location is quite busy, but there are a few places to eat and some tourist spots within walking distance. the room was small, but clean with instant hot water in the shower. Unfortunately, there was no free drinking water and the water provided was not suitable for consumption. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who went above and beyond to assist us.

The check-in process was overwhelming with too many forms to fill out, causing unnecessary complexity.
